Systems Leadership Program: Course 1 - Foundations of Systems Thinking
The Systems Leadership Program is an intergenerational program that will help you build a foundational knowledge of systems thinking and help you develop the skills to generate and build sustainable solutions to complex systemic challenges.
Course 1: The Foundations of Systems Thinking, focuses on providing learners with the foundational tools of a systems thinker and demonstrating the relevance of systems thinking when solving complex problem.
Learning outcomes:
In Course 1, participants learn to adopt a systems-thinking mindset: decompose complex systems, analyze component interactions at various levels of the system, spot emergent properties, and trace causality and feedback loops. Learners implement practical tools to tackle complex adaptive challenges and apply systems thinking for more effective problem-solving.
