SLP Course 2

The Systems Leadership Program is an intergenerational program that will help you build a foundational knowledge of systems thinking and help you develop the skills to generate and build sustainable solutions to complex systemic challenges.

Course 2: Systems Leadership in Practice, centers on cultivating systems leadership by learning how to engage key stakeholders and effectively lead systems change.

Learning outcomes:

• In Course 2, participants build the skills and confidence to drive systemic change, act with agency across diverse contexts, and deliver high-impact results. Moreover, they learn to mobilize action through community engagement, leverage the power of narrative and cultivate the essential traits of a systems leader.
